Grounds Maintenance Crew Member

Residential Maintenance Crew Members will be responsible for providing the best garden service to the finest clients and properties in the Lower Mainland.

Residential Landscape Technician

Landscape technicians apply knowledge of plants, trees, and grasses in growing, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers.

Crew Leader and Foreperson

Heartwood Gardenworks Ltd. is searching for a responsible, self-starter to join a rapidly growing landscape maintenance company providing services to exclusive strata properties and estates in the South Surrey / White Rock area and Langley Areas.

This role is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to grow their career path in this industry with a well-established family business with deep roots in the community, a supportive team culture and wonderful colleagues.

The landscape foreperson’s responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance of existing grounds, ensure the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, lawn, and garden structures. supporting and overseeing small projects such and landscape installations, monitoring and training workers, supervising use of equipment, ensuring health and safety on the site and supporting various administrative duties.

You should also have leadership skills and sound knowledge of Integrated Pest Management. To be successful, you should be able to both follow and provide instructions, be a keen problem-solver, possess remarkable communication skills with team and clients and have a creative eye for design. A top-notch landscape foreperson should constantly be expanding their horticulture knowledge.
